I am new in the United States and it is the first time i am going to use my insurance which is provided to me by my scholarship sponsor.
I am trying to locate a doctor who will be covered by my plan. I call the insurance, and they say ask them if we cover them. I call the clinic, they say it’s my responsibility to find out if my insurance covers them or not.
I was able to find a list of doctors covered by my plan online through my insurance website. However, when i called those doctors, they said they are not familiar with my plan.
Any tips? Advice? Help please. I’m so confused and i really need to see a doctor urgently, though it’s not an emergency.
